Duramune Max 5/4L - 25 doses

Duramune Max 5/4L (Elanco) (9 way vaccine) 5 way vaccine plus 4 strains of lepto, sold only in a tray of 25 single doses. Protects against Canine Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus Vaccine Modified Live Virus Leptospira Bacterin.

For subcutaneous vaccination of healthy dogs 6 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, canine adenovirus type 2, canine parainfluenza, canine parvovirus and Lepto.

Directions: Administer 1ml SQ to dogs starting at 6 weeks of age. Puppies should be revaccinated every 2-3 weeks until 12 weeks of age. All dogs over 12 weeks of age should initially receive one dose and a second dose 2-3 weeks later. Annual revaccination with one dose is recommended.

Syringes and needles not included.

Vaccine shipments are only shipped Monday thru Wednesday. Wednesday orders must be received by 3:00 pm (Central Time) to be shipped that day, otherwise they will be shipped the following Monday.
